NAMI Seattle. NAMI serves to provide advocacy, education, and resources such as support groups or classes for people impacted by mental illness.
Accessible for children and teenagers under 17 years old in Washington State, call (833) 303-5437 for help finding receiving referrals to mental health services tailored to your (or your child’s) needs.
People throughout Washington State can dial (877) 500-WARM (9276) to talk to peer volunteers to discuss emotional and mental health challenges.
Dial (866) 789-1511 to access discreet, anonymous, and confidential support services for a wide variety of needs, including local treatment resources for substance abuse, problem gambling and mental health issues.
Washington State teenagers can call or text (866) 833-6546 to connect with teen volunteers for peer support to talk about bullying, stress, relationships, depression, or other issues, in addition to offering resources. Teen Link is available 7 days a week from 6pm-10pm.
Native American & Alaska Native people in Washington State can call 988 and dial option 4 to be connected with the Native & Strong Lifeline. The Native & Strong Lifeline is a suicide, crisis, and help line specifically for American Indian and Alaska Natives.
